Description
Type 13X APG molecular sieve is designed specifically to co-absorb CO and H2O for the air cryo-separation industry. It offers larger capacity and faster adsorption speed for efficiently removing CO and H2O to prevent bed gelation. It is suitable for all sizes and types of air cryo-separation plants worldwide.
Application
1.To remove moisture, pass dry gases such as nitrogen, air, hydrogen, saturated hydrocarbons, and health gas through the molecular sieve bed at temperatures ranging from 150 to 320°C. Initially, purge the bed with hot gas at a pressure of 0.3-0.5 kg/m² for 3 to 4 hours. Subsequently, switch to dry cold gas for 2-3 hours, and finally, isolate the molecular sieve from air and cool it to room temperature.
2.For removing organics, replace them with water vapor, then follow method 1. Alternatively, pass hot water vapor or inner gas through the molecular sieve at temperatures of 200-350°C (avoiding gases prone to explosion upon mixing with adsorbed organics).
3.To remove gas, reduce the pressure to regenerate the molecular sieve.
