Description
Type 13X Molecular Sieve, synthetic zeolites, selectively adsorb H2S and organic sulfur impurities in gas, without chemical reactions. It’s optimal for desulfurization, with advantages like room temperature adsorption and cost-effective regeneration at 300°C, making it widely used in LPG desulfurization.
13X can selectivity adsorb CO2, CH4 and N2, and could find application in landfill gas purification, CO2 removal from natural gas and CO2 removal from ambient air or flue gas streams.
Application
1.Dehydrate and desulfurize gas and liquid paraffin (propane, butane) to remove H2S and mercaptan.
2.Remove mercaptans and hydrogen sulfide from natural gas in LPG processing.
3.Thoroughly dry general gases like compressed air and permanent gases.
4.Dry and purify LPG ammonia synthesis gas, produce bulk oxygen in PSA units.
5.Desiccate liquefied petroleum gas during processing.
6.Remove CO2 from cracked gas in LPG, purify air plant feed (simultaneous removal of H2O and CO2).
7.Deodorize and remove n-chained composition from aromatics.
8.Purify landfill gas by adsorbing CO2, CH4, and N2.
9.Extract CO2 from natural gas.
10.Remove CO2 from ambient air or flue gas streams.
